I’m taking you behind the scenes of my journey over the last six months—both the highs and the lows—and sharing the lessons that have shaped me along the way. Opening Wild West Bowling has been a wild ride, and I’m so grateful to everyone who has supported me through this process. You’ve made all the difference, and I’m thankful for each of you.

Today, I'm getting real about the roles of coaches, mentors, consultants, and educators—how they’ve each played a unique part in my own journey, and how they can do the same for you. Running multiple businesses has taught me so much, and I’m excited to share my experience with anyone who’s looking to start or grow a coaching or education business. I’m a big believer in investing in yourself—your skills, your resources, your patience—and keeping an open, adaptable mindset as you move forward.

I’ll also walk you through some of the key investments I’ve made, not just in my businesses but in my personal growth too. From the struggles I faced with my beauty salon to transitioning into a business coach, I’m being completely open about the challenges and the wins. This episode is an honest, no-filter look at the journey I’ve been on, and I’m sharing it all with you—because it’s not just about the successes, it’s about the real story behind them.

• Investing in myself, whether through mindset coaching or one-on-one business coaching, has been one of the best decisions I've made. These investments have given me the tools I need to push through burnout and emotional challenges, while also helping me refine my business strategies and grow Beauty Industry Leaders.
• I've realized that simplifying my business model has been key to avoiding burnout. By focusing on what truly excites me and aligns with my values, I've been able to build a business that feels more fulfilling and sustainable in the long run.

2025 is approaching fast - literally, it’s only 2 weeks away! So that means setting goals and creating resolutions for the year. But think back to the end of 2023, and the goals you set then - have you ACTUALLY achieved any of them?

If the answer is none of them, you’re not alone (seriously, less than 92% of people achieve their New Year’s resolutions!). So I’m helping you become part of that 8% club on this week’s episode and setting you up with the tools you need to dominate 2025! Overcoming mindset blocks and self-limiting beliefs are some of the key deciding factors in your success rate, so I’ll be breaking down the most common barriers that stop people from accomplishing their goals (meaning that there won’t be any excuses for you to get tripped up by them!). It’s all well and good to set goals, but it’s a totally different story to set achievable goals and create an actionable strategy to follow through on them - as they say, a goal without a plan is just a wish. Getting clarity and defining your vision for 25 is crucial when goal setting, so I’ll help you understand what it actually is that you want to achieve, and how to reverse engineer that to build a detailed plan of action to do exactly that. I’ll also be sharing how you can make the most of every moment, from time batching your tasks, to intentionally allocating time (and protecting it!), and even scheduling downtime to ensure you don’t burn out. Achieving your goals isn’t always about perfection - it’s consistently showing up for yourself every single day and forming unbreakable habits because you know that you and your goals are worth it. As Tony Robbins says, ‘If you want to change your life, you have to raise your standards’, and 2025 is going to be your opportunity to raise your standards for yourself and make it your best year yet!
