Marta Abramska, Leadership & Career Coach who specialises in supporting modern forward thinkers and leaders. Marta is a leadership and career coach who specialises in supporting modern, forward thinking leaders. She helps leaders create outstanding results by reconnecting with their “why” and building engaged, purpose-led, high performing teams. Marta enjoyed a vibrant career in a Big Four accounting firm prior to setting up her coaching practice. She worked with dozens of companies based in Europe and the US, many of which on the FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 list. In her capacity as a leadership coach, she works with leaders in the financial sector, professional services firms but also schools, the NHS, and charities. This allows her to work confidently with established and up-and-coming leaders across a diverse range of organisations and cultures. She is a qualified supervisor, and a faculty member at Animas Centre of Coaching and the International Centre for Coaching Supervision.
