  • 💡 Clarity to Results: What to Do With Your Q3 Audit | Monday Morning Pep Talk 287 #realestatepodcast
    2025/07/13
Are you where you thought you’d be halfway through 2025? This is your checkpoint—not your report card. Your chance to pause, reflect, and realign for the back half of the year. In Episode 286 of Monday Morning Pep Talk, I walk you through a mid-year Q3 Audit rooted in the Take Flight philosophy. This isn’t about motivation—it’s about recalibration. I am not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to challenge you through questions designed to provoke clarity, sharpen your self-awareness, and reignite your vision. If you’ve been reactive, coasting, or feeling off-course, this is the moment to reset. 💡 What You Will Learn in This Episode • How to evaluate your mindset, energy, and daily boundaries • Why Q3 is the most important quarter to recalibrate momentum • What to track, clean up, and eliminate to finish strong in 2025 • The 7-part audit system top producers use to stay aligned • Why you do not need a complete overhaul—just the clarity to act Think of it like cleaning out your closet. Dump everything on the bed. Put back only what serves you. That is how high performers course-correct without burning out. 🧠 Prompt of the Week Block 90 minutes this week. Print the 7 sections from this episode. Sit down, journal your answers, and plan from clarity—not chaos. "If I could only fix one thing in my business this quarter, what would it be—and what would that unlock?" Use this audit to eliminate the noise and re-establish momentum with purpose. 📆 Mid-Year isn’t the time to coast. It’s the time to gain altitude. High performers don’t drift for long. They check in, adjust, and keep moving toward the version of themselves they committed to becoming. 🔔 SUBSCRIBE FOR WEEKLY COACHING CONTENT New episodes every week with real estate strategies, systems, and insights to help you grow, lead, and Take Flight. • Weekly Coaching Email → https://askjimmiller.com/contact/ 📲 CONNECT WITH ME Instagram → https://www.instagram.com/askjimmiller LinkedIn → https://www.linkedin.com/in/jimmillerchicago YouTube → https://www.youtube.com/@AskJimMiller 📚 RESOURCES • My 2024 Reading List → https://askjimmiller.com/my-reading-list-2024/ • Business Planning Docs + About Me → https://askjimmiller.com/take-flight-2/

  • 🛫 Why Your Next Vacation Might Be Your Best Business Move | Monday Morning Pep Talk 285
    2025/06/29
In this episode of Monday Morning Pep Talk, I share 10 powerful insights gained from an 11-day trip to France that marked three major milestones — two graduations and 30 years of marriage. More than a vacation, it became a reset that sharpened my perspective on leadership, time, and intentional living. This is not about travel for the sake of luxury. It is about the mindset, planning, and boundaries required to step away and come back stronger. 💡 What You Will Learn in This Episode: • Why stepping off the grid builds credibility and momentum • How your 3-Year Vision connects to time off • What the Notre Dame Cathedral teaches us about patience and legacy • Why the right break recharges your energy, purpose, and creativity • My challenge to you: schedule a real break — and build your system around it This episode is a reminder that elite producers do not grind 365 days a year. They plan intentionally, protect their energy, and come back better. That is what owning your business looks like. 🧠 Prompt of the Week This is the prompt I used to plan my wardrobe for an 11-day trip to France. It got me about 85% there and was a tremendous guide to get me started. Try it — and make the changes you need for your own trip: "Act as a professional travel stylist. I’m a 57-year-old dad going on an 11-day trip to France in June with my wife and two daughters. We'll visit Paris, Provence, and the South of France. I’ll need a wardrobe that fits in a carry-on TUMI bag, suitable for nice restaurants, shopping, walking tours, beach days, and warm summer weather. Recommend a mix-and-match capsule wardrobe that prioritizes versatility, style, and comfort." 📆 Start planning your next real vacation — not a work-cation, not a long weekend. A true break. Because when done right, time away is not a disruption. It is your advantage. 🔔 SUBSCRIBE FOR WEEKLY COACHING CONTENT New episodes every week with real estate strategies, systems, and insights to help you grow, lead, and Take Flight. • Weekly Coaching Email → https://askjimmiller.com/contact/ 📚 RESOURCES • My 2024 Reading List → https://askjimmiller.com/my-reading-list-2024/ • Business Planning Docs + About Me → https://askjimmiller.com/take-flight-2/ 📲 CONNECT WITH ME Instagram → https://www.instagram.com/askjimmiller LinkedIn → https://www.linkedin.com/in/jimmillerchicago YouTube → https://www.youtube.com/@AskJimMiller
