 Krista Shirley is the owner of The Yoga Shala in College Park (Orlando, FL) where she teaches Mysore-style ashtanga yoga. We talk about her travels abroad to India and other countries, her yoga training and practice, the difference between Mysore-style and group led classes, meditation, essential oils, and the history of yoga.
