2025 marks 20 years since I became a mother, and it's finally time to tell the tale of how I went from “good girl” to fierce, soul-led birthworker.

I take you through the raw, unfiltered truth of my initiation into motherhood: the trauma, the silence, the unravelling, and ultimately the healing. It’s a story of survival, and deep transformation.

From growing up as the “good girl” who tried to keep the peace and avoid shame, to navigating the shock of becoming a new mother through the intensity of my first birth and the crippling descent into postnatal depression, this is the story behind why I now do what I do.

This podcast is for families who want to birth and parent outside the system and want to feel empowered and motivated by becoming educated on what physiological birth is, and tuning into their deepest knowing and intuition.

But to not be afraid of using the system as a tool when there is a genuine need, but learning to know the difference between fear mongering and when something else is going on.

I am so deeply passionate about supporting people to bring babies into the world in the most soul aligned and gentle way possible. My goal is to help you walk the path of connection and joy as you support yourself to meet and raise your babies.

My mission is to be an inspiration for change in the birthworld; to hold space for people to grow their trust, faith & intuition in themselves. As parents, and as birthworkers!

I want to raise the light and vibration to shine through pregnancy, birth and parenting, so that our next generations are coming into this world feeling safe, deeply loved and connected. And that is going to happen best when people are at home feeling supported and loved.

I want to empower you to fully show up for yourself, your baby, your family! Or as a birthworker to fully show up in trust and knowing for your families.

I want you to rise up and build such a deep level of trust in your own innate ability and your unwavering knowing that it is absolutely frigging unstoppable!
