 Welcome fellow Spons we have AnothaCast coming at ya! This adventure is the 53 mile bike trail called Capitol Hill Trail. This recording was my friend Emet and I's second time doing this trail. Sadly I stopped recording after mile 25 but we sat down and got to chat about our experience afterwards. Such as the lessons we learned second time around such as upgrades to the bike,snacks etc. Also how to keep positive in times of adversities, parenthood and much more!
