PODCAST and COURSE DESCRIPTION: In this podcast and accompanying course, students embark on a scriptural journey through the most important doctrines and stories from the first 4,000 years of the earth’s spiritual history. They will also enjoy the insights that come from a visit to Jerusalem and the Holy Land through the accompanying 360 video footage from the first ever Virtual Tour of the Holy Land with an LDS Church of Jesus Christ perspective. (This course is sponsored by Dr. Clark Anderson and Anderson Tours who have over 40 years of experience taking groups to the Holy Land including groups for Ensign Peak Academy). It is ideal for those who would like to visit the Holy Land someday and also for those who know they will never get to go but would still like to benefit from the insights of a visit. 

Scriptural understanding comes naturally once a student becomes acquainted with the key historical stories and doctrines associated with the Holy Land and Gods interactions with His covenant people. Taking this course will provide a unique doctrinal foundation that will help unlock your understanding of all subsequent scripture  and especially the challenging prophecies of the Last Days (2nd Coming, Armageddon, Millennium, etc.). It will put you in a unique position to understand the Abrahamic Covenant, the House of Israel, the Gathering of Israel, the Temple, the Abomination of Desolation, prophecies of Isaiah and many other important doctrines.
