My name is Gaby, and this is "Yoga by the Book." In this podcast, I create yoga practices inspired by advice from various yoga books. These practices can include anything from meditations to movement classes and lifestyle choices. The word "yoga" signifies unity, so I deeply value any book that emphasizes themes of togetherness, unity, or oneness.
One book that embodies the overall message of love, light, and unity is "A Course in Miracles" (ACIM). The central message of this book is: "Nothing real can be threatened; nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God."
