Have you ever thought that our Heavenly Parents (Mother) is the the Hen that gathereth her children. Our Heavenly Mother truly is our shelter and inside of that shelter is our Savior Jesus Christ and he is always there to offer peace in the storms of life. Our Savior is the ONLY one that can offer true peace and comfort when we are lost. He asks all of brothers and sisters (thats you and me) to bring others to him so he can heal them. Jesus is still. He stays but its our job to be gatherers to go out and find the one that needs refuge from the storm.

A Higher Joy

Our bodies are absolutley incredible that we are able to feel so many different emotions. When we do feel grateful there are two hormones that are release and those are Dopamine and Seratonin. These are the feel good emotions. We often associate these hormones with negative things such as social media, tv, etc but when we can turn those into a positive then those hormones can help us feel joy, and ultimately help us feel that confident quiet peace that we all long for. Where we choose to focus makes a huge difference and ultimately make all the difference. If you are stuck or in a rut try writing a thank you note or calling someone and letting them know how grateful you are for them.

A Higher Joy

Learning to embrace our divine feminine is gift that we can recieve as we seek understanding from our Heavenly Parents and more specifically our Heavenly Mother. She is our compass, she is our wisdom she is the joy and laughter of life. As we discuss the differences between feminine and masculine spirits we hope you can see that gender is so important and when we are in tune with our true biological matter we start to feel a higher joy, more clarity and more in sync with ourselves and with our spouse.

A Higher Joy

Prayer is the number one way that we communicate with God and what an incredible blessing that is. Something that I realized is how important it is to know and understand who you are talking to when we pray. As I discuss in the podcast knowing the nature of our All knowing Father I came to understand that if we don't trust Him then how can we follow the counsel that we receive.

HE Answers our prayer Because of the perfect Love that He has for us, He blesses us not only according to our desires and needs but also according to His infinite wisdom.

As I have come to understand that Wisdom is out Hevanly Mother it has caused me to ponder that when we pray the answer we recive back is from our loving parents. They want us to succeed and grow, so it makes sense that we are their children.

"Joy is our birthright" -Valentine Clarke-. We truly are co creators with our Heavenly Parents, they have given us all the necessary materials to help us feel Joy. As a Mother it is our Job to create necessary material for our kids to create as well. When we choose to be intentional about creating, something magical happens. I am not talking about only smiles but a lasting Joy, one that is hard to describe but a feeling of peace.

A Higher Joy

I love that I get to be a Mother, there truly is no greater calling and no greater challenge. When I am being the best Mom that I feel like I can be I am at peace. Heavenly Mother is not talked a lot about in the scriptures but we know there is a Heavenly Mother and there must be some reason that she is veiled. There is something symbolic about that. I hope if you are a Mother listening to this, that when we embrace motherhood, even if at times you want to throw in the towel, please continue to give one more ounce of energy and somehow you are able to do it. Our Heavenly Parents are cheering us on every step of the way and we literally have Angels on our right and on our left. Please never underestimate the power and influence you have being a mother.

The definition of sustain is to support. Understanding that, I think its very important and detrimental that we have some kind of support whether that is family, friends, church, co workers, etc we all need it or we would crumble. Feeling alone is real and scary. We will discuss how Members of the Church of Jesus Christ sustain our living prophet on the earth today. The sign of raising out right hand is an outward sign of an inner commitment to do as the Prophet directs. We are supporting him, we are trusting him as the mouthpiece of God to follow and act on the things that he says. Its an amazing opportunity to do this and to start to understand as we stive to put our discipleship as our highest priority we begin to feel a higher joy.

A Higher Joy

We ALL face difficulties on earth that is part of mortal life, we came here to get a physical body and to be tested. With that testing there are good and bad consequences, joy, and heartache. As we face loss, betrayal, grief we are now placed at a fork in the road and we can decide how we are going to handle the situation. So where do you turn when faced with hard things? Do you turn to drinking, gambling, unkindness, criticism, pornography, prayer, scriptures, exercise? As we stop serpentining through life and start going to our one and only source our Savior Jesus Christ we get hope back, we receive clarity we start to feel the JOY that Our Heavenly Parents want us to feel. Take a listen and see we can start navigating our hard times just a little bit better.
