When I think about Heaven, I think about people. If there was no one there to greet me that would be such a sad reunion. I am so grateful for the knowledge that I do have knowing that there is life after dealth and I get to live with my family and freinds forever. Another great blessing is knowing that in whatever kingdom of glory we are in God doesn't leave us comfortless, he gives us Angels, he gives us His Son Jesus Christ and how amazing is that. God is a good. Our Heavenly Parents want us to be happy wherever we are.

A Higher Joy

As we begin to truly understand that we are sons and daughters of our Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother miracles begin to happen. We start to see how involved our parents really are in our life and as we continue to have spiritual moments with them we come to not only feel, but to see, touch, hear them. The moon is so symbolic of our Heavenly Mother who watches over us at night and gives us light in the darkness. Full moon is like the Divine Mother fully awakened watching over you and I urging us to shine, heal and transform. Never underestimate the power that only a little light can do.

A Higher Joy

Joy is such an incredicle emotion and one that should be felt more often. I often think sometimes we feel that its wrong to feel Joyful when all around us things are going wrong. But I am not talking about a joy that comes from going on the next vacation, or buying the next cool toy. I am talking about a peaceful joy that feels your heart and causes you to clap for joy. For me those feelings come when I am aligning myself to the Lords will, when the Joy is actually just a feeling a peace and contentment. When we can hold onto that, there is a level of trust and safty and knowing that God Has our back. I challenge you to search for the Joy by talking to with God and aligning with him.

As we not only anchor ourselves in Christ, we need to Anchor Up to Christ. As we intentionally throw our anchor up to Christ he grabs onto it and he will hold it forever. We make any step towards him he is 100% all in and will stay all in. Once we throw our anchor up and stay with our rope and trust that rope and the knots that are provided on that rope we can believe that it will hold us. The knots up the rope are there for us to rest and to know that someone has us the whole time. But anytime we want to move up to the next knot it is going to take effort and intention. But as we keep moving up, our perspective changes, we start to see, belive, and trust more. There is always hope when we choose to look up and Anchor to our Savior.

A Higher Joy

Eve often gets bad rap for being the first one to partake of the fruit in the Garden of Eden, but have you ever thought it was one of the most wise, courageous choices she could have ever made. I know and believe that she was called to partake of it and Adams supporting decision to partake of the fruit made it possible for all of us to be here today. Without both of their choices we would not be here. This teaches me that without Eve families would never be eternal and without Adam families would not be eternal. It took BOTH of them to partake of the fruit. This principle alone teaches us about the importance of a husband and a wife, (marriage) we can't do it alone. One point I do talk about is, is we don't know how soon after Adam partook of the fruit once Eve partook of the fruit. It could have been minuets or it could have been years, but learning to be patient with our spouse as we grow together is so important.

How we speak to ourselves is so important. There are many things that we can always be doing better that is a fact but we shouldn't be beating ourselves up about it all day. We are mortal humans expected to make mistakes and when we finally understand that, we come to understand that all we are doing in learning and growing and becoming better if we choose to. There are a few phrases in this podcast that could be helpful in trying to apply if you do struggle with positive self talk. When we start to speak to ourselves in a more positive tone we start to be more positive.

I believe we have cut ourselves short of all that we are capable of doing as human beings. As children of God we have so much to offer when we can tap into our abundance mindset. When we accept Grace and finally believe that we are deserving of something is when we can really understand that God is good. He wants to bless us, he wants us to see that there is more then enough to go around. He tells us to fear not and be believing. If we can believe this simple concept and accept that it works for us we can change the world.
