What are you grateful for? If it’s been a minute since you’ve stopped and thought about this, I encourage you to take time to take 10-15 minutes out of your day or this week and write down a few things you're grateful for. You’ll be happily surprised by the positive impact this exercise will have on your vibe and mindset.
10 Things I’m Grateful for:
- Kindness
- Leaders who lead with humanity and empathy
- Friends, family, my boyfriend (and their wellbeing)
- Moving back home to be near family
- My job
- Therapy
- The pod (Precisely Nowhere)
- Vacations (long live girls trips & family trips)
- My walking pad & pilates
- My voice
