- Take a breath and write down one worry that’s been playing on repeat like a bad pop song. Then ask yourself:
- Is this something I can control right now?
- Is this worry helping me—or hurting me?
- What can I do today to come back to peace?
Maybe it’s putting your phone down. Maybe it’s a walk, a prayer, a journal session… Or maybe it’s just unclenching your jaw and reminding yourself: “I am safe. I am present. I am enough.”
