On today’s Teaching Podcast I share part of a recent message through 1 John 1:1-4 where we discuss the source of our joy.
When we make ministries, budget lines, attendance, feedback or any form of growth as our source of joy we will naturally be let down when these things do not give us what we desire.
In 1 John 1:1-4, John makes it clear that only in Christ can we find true joy. Christians who have this joy should understand that we will always be tempted to replace the joy that Christ brings with the fabricated joy that the world offers.
