June 18 2023. Despite numerous warnings about its safety, OceanGate’s submersible, the Titan, plunged 12,500 feet beneath the surface to explore the Titanic wreckage. Then, communication was lost. What followed was an intense international search for the crew onboard including OceanGate’s controversial CEO, Stockton Rush.
