We reported recently that the Knicks were in contact with Jordan Clarkson and the Utah Jazz for a potential deal after multiple NBA insiders confirmed the same. Now obviously, the Knicks do not need to go this route to get more scoring off the bench or to add more talent. Clarkson has long past his time to be a Knick and 2024 isn't the time to change that. But what went more unnoticed on the report was the actual cost it would take to get Clarkson on the Knicks. Even if it made sense to obtain him, the package it would take to get him on the Knicks wouldn't be worth it based on what he'd give the team at this stage of his career...
